Covington - Clint Frazier, 58, of Williamsport, died Wednesday evening at his residence. He was a retired employee of Olin's of Covington as a painter and insulator. For the past five years, he had worked for the Frey Gas Co., as a painter. He was a member of Fountain Masonic Lodge 60 in Covington and Rockville Low 12 Club. Born Aug. 27,1907, in Boone County, he was a son of Walter and Delia Wire Frazier. He was married May 13, 1966, to Louise Dobbs in Boone County. Survivors are his wife; two sons, Gene Fogleman of Cayuga and Jack Fogleman of Indianapolis; two daughters, Linda Kochel of Lafayette and Sue Hershberger of Danville, Ill.; a cousin, Mrs. Keith (Mary) Parks of Sheridan; a nephew, Denzel Frazier of Frankfort; and two grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and parents. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday in DeVerter Funeral Home with the Rev. Alfred Dobbs officiating. Burial will be in Rockfield Cemetery in Veedersburg. Friends may call at the funeral home 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Friday. Masonic services will be at 8 p.m. Friday at the funeral home.
